We don’t miss much but if you see something on the course you think we haven’t spotted then please use this form to let us know about it – and we’ll prioritise a fix, if necessary.

Want to make a request?

If you have a social-event coming up and want to set some on-course competitions or you co-ordinate matches that use a shot-gun start. Please, contact us, providing at least a week’s notice. We’ll be able to set things up for you.

Below is a list of things you may request:

• Longest drive – we’ll position the marker on any fairway you wish
• Nearest the pin – we’ll position the marker on any green you wish
• Shot-gun start – we’ll ensure we complete our tasks and are out of your way. We can also inspect the course to see whether additional car parking can be provided.
• X-country (Social Event)
• Practice area markings – we can ensure coaching events are supported.
